Japanese F&B company with 120 stores in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, USA seeking

General Manager (kitchen and service, must work in store) for 3 outlets

Job description:

1. Assist Managing Director in operation, scheduling, hiring and supervising existing stores

2. Assist store operations and inventory management, hiring and cost management

Skills needed:

1. Fluency in Japanese, English

2. Experience and knowledge of profit and loss and financial statements

3. Kitchen and service experience

5.5 to 6-day work week with some travelling over some weekends.
