Singaporean / PR Only – HR/F&B-PayRoll Exective(Full-Time, Urgent Opening)

Company Introduction:We are a Japanese F&B company operating 20 outlets across Singapore, supported by a dedicated office team of 10 staff members.

We are seeking a committed HR Executive to join our team.

Work Arrangement:

• 3 days work at High Street Centre office (nearest MRT: City Hall or Clarke Quay)
• 2 days work from home (WFH)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday, 1-hour lunch break)
• Office is closed on Sat, Sun & PH

Job Responsibilities:

• Monthly payroll processing using Talenox(MUST)Note: As our salary payout date is on the 7th of each month, payroll requests must be completed and submitted to HQ by the 3rd or 4th, depending on the month (even if during weekends or public holidays). Off-in-lieu will be provided within the same month.
• Weekly timesheet verification (every Monday or Tuesday)
• Preparation of HR-related letters for employees (templates provided)
• Registration and onboarding for new hires
• Handling IR8 submissions and CPF processing
• Supporting foreign staff registration and follow-up matters with MOM
• Assisting in recruitment activities (screening resumes and arranging interviews, not conducting interviews)
• Managing exit procedures for resigning staff
• Performing various other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Talenox payroll system (mandatory)
• Experience with King of Time (attendance system) is a plus
• Prior HR experience in the F&B industry preferred
• Responsible, organized, and able to handle HR operations independently
• Good communication and administrative skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,700 – 3,600 (depending on experience)
