Singaporean / PR Only – HR/PayRoll Exective(Full-Time)

Position: HR & Payroll Executive (Japanese F&B)

Working Hours:

9:00am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break), Monday to Friday.

If the 1st or 2nd of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday, the employee is required to work from home on those days (9:00am to 5:30pm) and take another weekday off within the same month.

Work Location:

City Hall / Clarke Quay area

Work From Home:

After the probation period, one WFH day per week is allowed upon request.

Salary:

Based on experience. Only candidates with 2-3 years of HR or payroll experience will be considered. (SGD 2,700 – 3,600)

Company Size:

7 office staff, 3 external office support staff, and 180 outlet staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Every Monday: Manually cross-check 20 outlets' rosters with attendance records (Mon–Sun) to ensure accuracy for payroll.

- Must be precise and complete the task by Monday EOD.

2. On the 1st of each month: Finalize and process monthly payroll (including bonuses, OT, etc.) by the morning of the 2nd.

- Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers.

3. Handle Work Pass applications, insurance, medical checkups, and IR21 tax clearance.

4. Manage staff onboarding and offboarding, return of company property, and documentation.

5. Arrange interviews and screen candidates based on outlet managers’ hiring needs.

6. Issue HR-related letters and handle MOM surveys and ad-hoc tasks.

7. Participate in MOM webinars or training sessions as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

- Responsible, sincere, and good with manual, detailed tasks.

- Able to complete tasks within working hours with proper time management.

- Must work during the 1st–3rd of each month for payroll tasks (WFH if it falls on weekends/PH).

- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

- Prior experience with Talenox or similar payroll software is preferred.
