I've been here twice, and I'd say it's one of the better Aston branches. Service is prompt and attentive. Food is served quite quickly, even during a weekend lunch peak hour on my first visit.

All the ladies working on 4/12 at noon were very pleasant. They greeted us and thanked us when we left. Food arrived on time and was really good. Food portions were big for us, as we are small eaters. We should have shared. 👍👍

The manager and staff were all polite. Food was served fast despite the peak hour. Children's favorite dining place.

Many were served with undercooked onion rings, salty chicken chops, and steaks. It would be good if they improved this.

It was a great experience having dinner here with my partner. We ordered their chicken chops; the chicken was nicely done and juicy. Side dishes were great to go along with the main course as well. The team here was great; we were greeted with a warm welcome. Great experience having dinner here. Keep up the good work, team! Strive for the best, and we look forward to dining here once again. My dinner here with my family was splendid. The Duty Manager and his waiters are very attentive and efficient. It was as though I'm dining in a 5-star restaurant. Andes By Astons should consider rewarding them for their impeccable service and creating a cozy atmosphere for the patrons.

March 5th Review:
Loved their baked potato! So soft and fluffy! The chargrilled chicken was cooked just right, but it would have been better if the skin had been crispier. Best of all, the prices were reasonable.
March 11th Review:
I ordered a baked potato for my dinner a week later. This time, the potato was hard and unappetizing. It was not as well prepared as before, totally different from my previous visit.
Please, maintain the standard and quality of your food! I am very disappointed with the food this time.

Ordering and payment via QR code was convenient, and the staff were attentive. The lady at the entrance promptly informed us burgers and spaghetti were not available, and another staff member helped to join another table with ours to give us more space.
Food was good. I enjoyed my mixed chicken and grilled fish platter, and my wife enjoyed her grilled fish and baked potato. The sourdough bread was fresh too! Keep up the good work BPP outlet! =)

Insane crowd for the 20-cent promo! I literally queued for a good 3 hours, but sadly, about 10 people did not make it as the store's last order was at 9:30 PM. The food standards were still maintained despite the large crowd, kudos to the staff. The taste was alright, but I wouldn't come back for it unless there's another promo.

Each item is quite high-priced. However, when my platter came, I was surprised at the large and generous portion which I could not finish (even though I was very hungry). As such, I had to take away my chicken wings, and a lady provided me with a plastic bag and container. If I crave protein, I will eat here again.

Great Midweek Dinner with Family
Had a lovely Wednesday dinner here with my family. The staff were friendly, attentive, and prompt, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were with my young kids—high chairs and utensils were provided, which made things much easier. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent.
