I brought my Mercedes car in due to some paint stains. I went for a 3-step restoration – clay bar, polishing, and wax – and paid $288. It was money unnecessarily spent. I will never go there again. Upon collection, I spent the next 30 minutes spotting parts that were still dirty, and heard from the staff that it couldn't be done. They kept pushing me to buy the $1988 membership package and said that it could only be done if I added on other services. A typical salesman tactic. Subsequently, I had to spend another $250 to get someone to remove the stains on the rubber and metal railings, etc., which Car International said couldn't be done and that I would have to buy and replace with a new piece. Of course, I wasn't expecting it to be perfectly new, but at least I expected obvious stains to be cleaned where possible. Anyway, the purpose of me writing this review is that many better options exist elsewhere. I'm not sure if this location is the only black sheep. Bad!

They want you to keep topping up the value in it, but when it comes to simple cleaning, they say they are packed with cars and can't do it. They are always late when opening.
