Clearly a worthwhile visit, very nice nasi lemak with freshly prepared fried chicken, sambal was perfect in terms of texture

Ordered Nasi Lemak with Chicken Wing and Nasi Lemak Jewel. Was told to wait 6 mins for food, which was fine.
First issue, no receipt was given, the printer had an issue, sure such things happen, so I was not bothered by it. Collected my food when i was done, and went home.
When i open the box, the food turned out to be cold, the rice was cold, the chicken was cold. Not only that, I ordered Jewel, and they DID NOT give me the fish filet and the bergedil. Why am I paying extra for?
I feel the standard has been dropping, terrible experience, I'm not eating nasi lemak from Crave again.

The store did not put in the fish fillet & bergedil potatoes. Very Disappointing services. $7.90 just for 3 piece of small chicken cutlet and egg, they did not include the fish fillet and potato. This is a take out kiosk, it was too late to head back to the store once we reach home.

Disappointing Experience at Crave Nasi Lemak (Bukit Panjang Plaza)
I used to enjoy Crave Nasi Lemak, but my recent visit to the Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet was disappointing. The staff seemed unhappy, possibly because there was only one person working. The attitude wasn’t welcoming, and the overall experience felt unpleasant, as if I owe him something
The portion size was also a letdown. The rice serving was noticeably small compared to before, and the overall quality seems to have dropped. For the price, I expected better. Hopefully, management takes note and improves both service and food standards.

I tried the nasi lemak and it was absolutely delicious! The sambal is tasty, the fried chicken is tender and flavourful, the rice is fragrant. Highly recommended!

Temperamental staff. The nice aunty not working anymore? I was patiently waiting for my takeaway, but not sure why this staff so irritated. Made me waited 10 mins wait my food was already packed. Previously was no sambal like many others. Well, sometimes it's hard, good staff vs bad staff vs no staff. She is even not wearing her mask properly...

Chicken leg was old with funky taste, 2 other legs were under cooked (red on the bone) and beef was pure fat.
