Offers printing and photocopy services, though prices are slightly higher. Best for small jobs or nearby residents needing convenience. Sometimes a bit slow due to limited staff, so patience is needed.

All the instant prints turned yellow after few months. Asked a few questions to understand the difference between instant and normal and the boss statrted to give attitude and commented only print a few photos so difficult better go somewhere else to print. Super bad attitude and bad quality. Don't print here, find a better option to preserve your precious memories.

The overall experience wasn’t great. The lady sales assistant was quite rude, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable from the start. Even over the phone, her tone came off as unfriendly. Because of her attitude and the overall experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending their services. As for the photo I received, it didn’t reflect the quality you'd expect from decent equipment. It looked off – likely due to poor camera settings or a lack of attention to detail. My hair was messy in the shot, which I didn’t notice at the time. That part’s on me (I didn't check the photo too), but it’s something a professional could’ve flagged as from their eye point of view it would be clearer, especially when charging premium prices. To top it off, I was emailed someone else’s photo before receiving my own – definitely not reassuring in terms of professionalism or privacy. Just a heads-up if you're planning to visit: double-check everything before you pay, because while the pricing isn’t cheap, the results and service may not match up.

I paid $18 for both soft and hard copies of my passport photo, expecting professional quality as they were taken with a DSLR-like camera. Unfortunately, the final soft copy were of such poor resolution that my face was barely recognizable. This was disappointing, especially considering the cost. I recommend that they check photo quality before delivering them to customers to avoid such issues.

THE WORST EVER!!!!!! Bad service. Impatient. Passport photos look so bad!!!! Edited my face so much that my photos didn’t look like me. Passport photos are for legal documents. Why would you change someone face so much?

Very poor service. Paid for my photo print. Told to come back in 30mins. When I am back staff say don’t know how to print 3R size ask me to change to 4R to make it easy for them. What a joke.

Came here for business headshot. The soft copy resolution was too bad to use - only 400x500 pixels and even blurry in some parts. Not recommended.

One of the worst service shop ever. Please do not take photos here. Paid for soft copy and hard copy, they did not sent and put someone else's email on your kid's photo. Totally ignoring the fact personal passport photo is not meant for others. Go at your own risk

Terrible horrible service. Wanted to print a simple phrase artwork for a signage. My artwork was in single page at my computer but, it overflowed into 2 pages unexpectedly when they opened it In the computer. And the staff just printed blindly, so the printout was unusable. So I asked them nicely if they were able to adjust into one page and re-print. Guess what the boss did ? He snatched the printout from me, crushed it and threw into the bin and ask me to go elsewhere. Rude !

The lady sales assistant is very rude. Insisted there was a sign to say print time in one hour when there was no sign. When I asked her to point out the sign, she says oh it’s on the other device which was at the other side of the room. Then she refunds money and say she doesn’t want to talk anymore. What type of service??? The old gentleman was much better but overall lousy experience.

Very poor services, quality, and skill at work. The photo service for passport, visa, etc., is below average quality. If you are looking for an impressive photo, I think this is not the place, as there is no proper place to sit for photos and the flash lighting is not suitable for proper brightness. It's my opinion; try your luck and refer to other reviews. 1/5 rating.

Excellent place to take a professional photo! The uncle was very accommodating when I was not satisfied with the first round of image taking. He proceeded to take a second round of images, which I was satisfied with, to select from. He also clarified my queries on the sizing of overseas student ID size and Singapore passport photo size. He kindly sent one more digital copy that I can use to crop from if the passport ID size did not meet the overseas student ID requirements. Not to forget, the lady staff there was decently nice too! I had to wait for approximately less than the stated 20 minutes to receive the digital copy and all this was for $18 (digital + 6 pax hardcopy passport photos).

Printed 4x6 photo here at affordable price of $1. Staff (2 uncles) were friendly and answered my queries patiently. Was quite surprised by this since all the reviews were pretty negative

He also clarified my questions regarding the sizing for overseas student ID photos and Singapore passport photo sizes. He kindly sent one more digital copy that I could use to crop from, in case the standard passport photo size did not meet the overseas student ID requirements. Also, the female staff member there was decently nice too! I waited for less than the stated 20 minutes to receive the digital copy, and all of this was provided for $18 (digital copy + 6 hardcopy passport photos).
