What is the exact opening time for this shop? The website states it opens at 10 AM; however, an hour later, it is still not open.

The owner is very nice, but could be better. Especially Mimi, a staff member, is very nice to me; she gave me a discount. And we like the kibbles.

The reviews are so bad for a reason. Don't bother getting your clothes altered here. Do so at your own risk.

The shop says it closes at 10 PM, but it was closed as of 9:45 PM. I really, really, really like the clothes.

I sent my kid's school skirt to have the elastic band changed out. It was expensive and slow (it took more than one week to change the elastic band), and the workmanship was poor. I will never return to this shop for any alterations.

Terrible experience. I was quoted $30 for a simple alteration. I found it expensive, but since it was a nice dress, I went ahead with it. Upon collection, I was told I needed to top up another $20. Omg, $50 to alter the length and side of a dress is way too much!

Avoid at all costs. An alteration costs $12. Express service costs another freaking $12! What gives?! That's a total price for at least 2 pieces. No onsite tailor/seamstress. The shop will collect the piece, and it will be outsourced.
