I have never really stepped into a Guardian store until I went to buy medication. The pharmacist was very helpful when helping us buy medicines. Though the medication was a little pricey, I'd say that the friendliness of the pharmacist makes up for the cost.

Staff are rude; they allow queue cutting. I was queuing to pay for an item at the cashier. A woman dressed in a black blouse and black trousers, claiming to be Guardian staff, barged in front of me and rushed to the cashier as the position opened up. Later, I realised she was helping to pay for another lady in a mobility device. It would have been better if she had explained it or asked to go first because she was helping someone, instead of shouting that she is Guardian staff and rushing to pay before I could react. Bad experience. I will not shop at Guardian again. I will shop at Unity or elsewhere instead.

Had a pleasant experience at this outlet when purchasing supplements for my mother-in-law. A staff member approached me and recommended another supplement that was better. The staff member was knowledgeable in providing the necessary information I needed. Definitely recommend this outlet!
