I had been their customer for 5 years because of the package I signed with them, their service is always substandard especially when you renew your package. Right before your package ends, they will try all sorts of way to please and serve you to make you compelled to renew your package with them.
There was once, I asked to dye my roots, but the lead stylist, did an extremely bad job and did a two toned. I got mocked by my friend the next day they saw it. Another time, I requested to dye my hair dark but the stylist refused to and said lighter tones look better just because her own hair is pink.
No matter who is the stylist, they always hard sell. It is very stressful to have any hair session with them because they hard sell everytime i am there. I finally decided not to renew my package and have never felt more relief.

Absolute 5 stars for Ken Chin. I lost my hair due to chemo recently and he has been an absolute gem in caring for my scalp to make sure that my new hair grows back well. His advice is always spot on and my two teenage children are now also his regulars. I have seen an improvement in their hair.
