Not the first time I've been here, but every time I came here, I've been let down. Yesterday evening, when I went for a haircut, I told my hairstylist (not sure what his name is but it had 4 alphabets, he's an old man with a ponytail, could very well be this Wong/Wang guy from the other reviews) to trim my hair a bit all around (it's been 2 months since my last haircut so it was very long) but by the end of the haircut, my hair was really short, way shorter than I wanted it to be, and it was really hideous. The front was cut unevenly, one side of my hair is longer than the other by a bit and the hair on the back of my head is just standing up while the hair below it is so short. And all that was done in around 8 minutes. Honestly, forget about saving time if it's going to compromise on the quality of the haircut. The haircut I got yesterday was definitely the worst one I've gotten in a long time. I'm not coming back here again. Sure, there are good hairstylists from what I've read in the reviews, but the ones I've gotten so far are just not good. I don't ever recommend coming here for a haircut. You're probably better off going to other hairstylists around.

Tried kcuts for the first time because of the price and because of how the shop front advertised that they prioritise hygiene; each customer gets a different comb and will be given one. I don’t think a different comb was used? And neither was I given one at the end.
My hairdresser was Lindy. Not very friendly (tried smiling at her but she was perhaps tired or not in the mood 🤷🏻♀️) but could see she tried and did the hair trimming well.
I shared with her the korean side fringe style which I wanted. I may have been pushing it since it’s only $10 😕Well, turns out I could have been asking for too much after all. To be fair she did the job in 10mins...Cause expectations VS reality..:/. Ultimately, kcuts is good for fast trims..not so good for styles.

Requested for an undercut and triming the top but Lindy Low gave me a bowl cut instead. When I asked her to help me trim it more, she told me that my hair was already bowl shaped before the hair cut so it will be the same after. Also told …

Wow. Avoid the "hairstylist" Wong. Its obvious he needs to go for retraining. He lacks the basic skills of a barber. I asked for a fade but what i got was similar to a bowl cut. As if an axe was used to cut my hair. No fade no gradient. When told him to cut the right side a bit more, he told me it wouldnt balance. Omg lousy skills still there use mouth to answer back. The worst haircut in 36 years of living. Pls send for retraining, obvious he does not how to cut.

My boys have been visiting this branch since they were toddlers (they are in primary school now), and it’s the only place where they won’t cry during a haircut! A big thank you to the friendly hairstylist, Jayven Lai, for making each visit so comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend for families with young children!
