Very unprofessional to give such service. I buy from jb so many time ok la the taste seems a little different but the ice cream so slanted still can give it to me n the cone like not fresh. 1 small bite but whole big piece came off so become messy cuz the melted part flow out when intended only 1 small piece bitten only . From making payment to recieving it is also rushing what's the rush?

I ordered peach oolong tea and i saw that they add water into the drink with just one small cup of oolong tea. Theres also ice filled to the brim btw. So the drink just taste like water with faint tea taste, and by the time the ice melts it just taste like water. 3.50 for this drink to taste like water is just not it. And i asked the staff if they add water and they saw yes. So 3.50 for some canned peach and water. Yes.

Four staff were on shift, yet not one bothered to take my order while I stood at the counter; all were at the back, chit-chatting. The ice cream tastes the same as at other outlets.

Edited review: It was very unprofessional to provide such service. I've bought from JB many times, but the taste seems a little different. The ice cream was so slanted, yet they still gave it to me, and the cone seemed stale. With just one small bite, a whole big piece came off, making it messy because the melted part flowed out, even though I only intended to take a small bite. The process from making payment to receiving the order was also rushed. What was the rush?

Ordered the passion fruit grapefruit tea. Refreshing but it’s still very sweet even though I opted for 0% sugar

Tiny shop. There is their signature king cone ice cream that costs just $1. I didn't like the cone waffle taste though. Felt should have been baked a little more. Also my favourite is their brown sugar pearl ice cream. Wow tastes yummy. The menu items are interesting and new to taste. Got fruit teas and various toppings. Conveniently situated in the plaza, it is an ideal spot for a quick snack or dessert during shopping. Can expect long queue during after school hours.

No wonder everytime got long queue. Kids liked the strawberry ice cream which i find also very nice, i love the peach oolong tea with two types of toppings (or i guess its 3😅🤣). It's a must try for those who likes tea, milk shake or fruit shakes and ice cream. Just when i thought everything has become expensive there is still one shop/store that is budget friendly - MIXUEeeeee, the one with the $1 ice cream in a cone kids and adults will surely like!!!❤️🥳🎉👏

Went there on a Saturday evening, line was pretty long but moved quick. Gentleman manning the counter was nice and professional even through the customer rush. Ice cream was great, their fruity drink options were tasty, milk tea series was just ok honestly cant really complain at the price point. 100% sugar level is pretty sweet here so order lower % if you guys are not sweet tooths.
