Sarah and Cindy were very gentle during the service. We had the classic mani and pedi, and honestly, the treatment was very shiok. The colors turned out nice, and the service team was also very pleasant. Will come again! ☺️

Sarah was very attentive and sweet when doing my nails. She also gave me a lot of advice and was super sweet to talk to. The service was good and comfortable.

The service is detailed, and to be honest, the quality of service is better than a lot of salons in Malaysia. Ask for Cannie and YY. They will try to recommend many services and products to you (understandably, as it's part of their job), but if you reject them, they won't persist.

A very pleasant place to go. It was my first time getting a mani-pedi. The staff here assisted and advised me a lot, especially Alin, Corn, and Cayla, who did a great job! Thank you.

Cayla and Cannie were meticulous and thorough in removing my gel extensions. They were polite and ensured I felt no pain or discomfort. Excellent service!

YY is good! I was very satisfied with the manicure service. The manicurist was very meticulous and paid great attention to detail. She trimmed the cuticles very cleanly and carefully, and the whole process was done professionally. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Nail Palace for the past few months, and even though I don’t wear nail polish, I’m always satisfied with the service! The staff really take their time – from carefully cutting my cuticles to gently filing my nails – and they always check in to make sure I’m comfortable, asking if anything hurts. A special shoutout to Debbie, Sarah, and Cindy for their service! They’re friendly, professional, and make the experience so relaxing every time. I recommend this outlet if you’re looking for quality nail care, even for simple grooming.

Thank you to the 3 C’s (Cannie for manicure, and Cayla and Cindy for pedicure) for the lucky nails for the upcoming World Aquatics Masters swimming championships. Pleasant service with attention to detail. They used OPI nail polish.
