Had a great dinner at NENE Chicken around 8 PM. Not very crowded. Ordered the Cheesy Hot Plate (Swicy Coated Chicken, $38), which was meant for 2-3 people. The portion was just right for the two of us, and it tasted delicious. We waited around 15-20 minutes. But we weren't informed that they ran out of certain sides. The service staff were mediocre — slightly impatient and seemed to be rushing us to leave the place (by 9 PM).

Service was pretty slow. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. But thankfully, the food was served hot. The glass noodles were good, and my family liked them too! And when we ordered 20 pieces of tender, they gave us more than 20 pieces as well.

We ordered both of the K-Feasts (a platter of chicken, cheese, and fries, and a big bowl of noodles), costing a total of $70+.
Customer service was very unsatisfactory.
We asked about the food as it was our first time, and they didn’t describe their dishes and looked very uninterested.
After we had taken our seats and received our platter, a man came to serve us the big bowl. Seeing that our table was full of drinks and the platter, he did not offer to help; instead, he told us to make room. We had to ask him to bring the table next to us and join it with ours.
The place was empty, and now we know why.

A great place for Kimchi, Chicken, Noodles with cheese, and curly fries. It's simply amazing.
Aunties were fast, efficient, and super nice.
Definitely get the pull chicken. Crispy chicken is tantalizing.
Seats are limited, but it's not crowded.

Had a late dinner with my husband. The staff was helpful with our order, as it was our first visit. We were there around 8:30. There was another couple eating their dinner. When the chicken was served, it was not hot at all, and the meat was slightly on the dry side. We ordered curly fries, which at least were hot. We didn't want to give them feedback because we might not want to return. After all, there are a lot of other food options we can try in BPP.

Pleasantly surprised at how good their chicken is! I hope this K-chicken chain gets more recognition. I would rank this among my top favorite K-chicken chains 💯.

The chicken was so juicy and not dry at all. I love how fresh the meat was as well.

Please advise and train your staff Devi to not put words into our mouths. We clearly ordered 6 wings and did not even mention tenders at all. When she mistook our order and had the audacity to raise her voice and tell us we ordered tenders instead. This has got to stop, as there are no winners when you can't even admit your own mistake. Is the best thing to do to raise your voice at your customers? Atrocious.

Look at this filth, cold and disgusting. My puke tastes better than this swill. The moment I bought it, flies already started surrounding it. Do yourselves a favor: you're better off spending your money elsewhere. All this for 30 dollars? What the hell!

Ordered Set B with an upsized drink. Sauces have different flavors to choose from. Mine was coated with spicy sauce, but it wasn't spicy enough for me. Usually, there aren't many people, so you can relax. Every few months, they have a new menu. Drinks are not refillable. They provide disposable plastic gloves for eating the chicken.
