Came to try the pizzas here on a tuesday afternoon because it looked so good. Unfortunately most items were sold out. This wouldn’t have been an issue but the staff there completely ignored my presence. Busy playing with phone and didn’t even bother to acknowledge our presence. Ended up not getting anything. Hopefully they will be better stocked with food and better staff the next time we try our luck here.

Poor customer service. A malay girl counter staff ignored my presence for ordering food. I helped myself with the self kiosk machine. She saw me, but theres no smile, no greetings nothing. I stood there blankly after the order, and had to ask her how many minutes will my food be ready. This is bad. The company needs to send her for a basic customer service course.. Wont walk in to this Now Pizza Bukit Panjang Plaza branch anymore.

We've received multiple free pizzas from this store cos their staff turn illiterate at night and send whatever random pizza they have leftover instead of what's ordered. Five times now, we order vegetarian, they send meat. We order veg again, they send a different meat. And so on... We just request refund through app but next time just say you don't have, waste of time and the pizza taste like dog shit when it's clearly a leftover one

I am super disappointed and angry with the guy staff who show me unfriendly attitude . I wanted to give a - negative 5 stars . I reach the stall and ask the female staff if I am still able to order a pizza at 9pm . She told me still can order many times and assure me still can order a pizza . I see the menu for 4 mins and when I was about to order . I notice the kiosk machine is nt working . Thus , I ask the man to help me . Her colleagues ( a guy ) told me close already . Cannot order .repeating multiple time at me . Than you all should have explain to me earlier on cannot order and shop is close . I am very upset with this encounter . I hope the manager can train yr staff better . This is super bad customer service . Worst

We came to try the pizzas here on a Tuesday afternoon because they looked so good. Unfortunately, most items were sold out. I arrived at the stall and asked the female staff if I was still able to order a pizza at 9 PM. She repeatedly assured me that I could still order a pizza. I looked at the menu for 4 minutes, and when I was about to order, I noticed the kiosk machine wasn't working. So, I asked the man to help me. Her male colleague told me it was already closed, repeating "Cannot order" multiple times to me. Then, you all should have explained to me earlier that I couldn't order and that the shop was closed. I am very upset with this encounter. I hope the manager can train your staff better. This is super bad customer service. Worst experience.

Best pizza at the area. Quality was good and the sourdough pizza bread they use is phenomenal. Love their margherita & truffle pizza. Take note pizza are freshly made so if they have lots of orders expect some waiting time.

Pizza dough was very nice and fluffy, although crust to topping ratio could be tweaked in favour of toppings, imo. Garlic bread had a decent garlic taste but could do with more salt. Ordered 2h in advance for scheduled delivery but somehow it was still late. Pizza stayed fresh though.

The pizzas here was freshly made. The taste was awesome and delicious. Affordable ,worth it and it's fast too. Just ordered mine and got my pizza ready in 10 minutes. Loves their 2 pizza combo. Their garlic bread super soft and we cant get enough of it. Would comeback for other flavors and more and especially their garlic bread..yummms. Highly recommended.

Can’t rate on services and atmosphere as they only do takeaway. Very good balance of quality and price of pizza. I tried chicken pepperoni, truffle mushroom, margherita & garden shrooms. Chicken pepperoni - very well flavoured, perfect mix of tomato base and cheese. Tasty meat. Truffle mushroom - Very good flavour of truffle, but wish the truffle flavour can be stronger and spread across the pizza. The one that I ate, the truffle is only on certain parts of the pizza. So some slices can be quite bland. Margherita - Well balance of cheese, eating this feels very light. Garden shrooms - I personally don’t eat bell peppers so didn’t enjoy this as much, hence can’t say much about this pizza I am a big eater hence I can eat 2 of these pizza in a go. But for a normal person, 1 pizza is more than enough to satisfy one meal Note to Now Pizza - Could include thin crust pizza as an option for consumers with different taste. Keep it up, I feel this is better than other major competitors!

so disappointed.. that i didn’t find out about this place sooner!!!!! 🤩 the friendly staff offered me a sample and even though it was cold, it was still so good 😩 so of course i had to get it. I ordered the margarita and hot bee pepperoni and both were so delicious especially the pepperoni one because of the hot honey 🤤 writing this review makes me want to go back again to try the other flavours 😋😋

Absolutely loved my experience at Now Pizza! The toppings were fresh and generous, and the flavor was spot on. You can tell they really care about quality. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

I got the tandoodoo chicki and meat fiesta. Loved the seasoning on the tandoori chicken bits as well as the pizza toppings which had pickled green chillis, onions and the sauce. Honestly it was unexpected, it was flavourful and the portion was ample for its price. The meat fiesta was the typical meaty peperoni pizza done well. But the best part was the pizza dough itself. Crispy, chewy, slighly charred and flavourful. Even after reheating in a air fryer the next day, it was like freshly cooked. I would definitely buy again and recommend to those that want to try cheap and good quality pizzas other than typical popular brands.

The food is pretty good! Definitely surpassed my expectations. I do wish the salt the dough just a little bit more because it’s the crust is completely bland. Also the crust is a little burnt around the sides. Overall still great, hope to see you improve!

Tried this pizza for the first time and found it surprisingly delicious! Ordered their Dynamite Cheese, and Pepperoni Chicken, available in only 9". Surpassed our initial expectations of "mall pizza", as it tasted artisanal, and is actually sourdough, at a really affordable price. Love how thin and chewy it is - like how most good gourmet Italian style pizza should be, rather than the common thick bread crust type. Highly recommended! Can't wait to try their Truffle Mushroom & Tandoori Chicki next!

So disappointed... that I didn't find out about this place sooner!!! 🤩 The friendly staff offered me a sample, and even though it was cold, it was still so good 😩 So of course, I had to get it. I ordered the margarita and hot bee pepperoni, and both were so delicious, especially the pepperoni one because of the hot honey 🤤 Writing this review makes me want to go back again to try the other flavours 😋😋

Can’t rate on service and atmosphere as they only do takeaway. They offer a very good balance of quality and price. I tried the Chicken Pepperoni, Truffle Mushroom, Margherita, and Garden Shrooms pizzas. Chicken Pepperoni - Very well-flavoured, with a perfect mix of tomato base and cheese. Tasty meat. Truffle Mushroom - Very good truffle flavour, but I wish the truffle flavour were stronger and spread across the pizza. On the one I ate, the truffle was only on certain parts, so some slices were quite bland. Margherita - Well-balanced with cheese, eating this felt very light. Garden Shrooms - I personally don't eat bell peppers, so I didn't enjoy this as much and can't say much about this pizza. I am a big eater, so I can eat two of these pizzas in a go. But for most people, one pizza is more than enough to satisfy a meal. Note to Now Pizza - You could include thin crust pizza as an option for consumers with different tastes. Keep it up; I feel these are better than other major competitors!
