I purchased these glasses for over $300, including an additional warranty. Unfortunately, the frame broke within two years. When I returned for a replacement, I was shocked to learn that the warranty didn’t cover the frame, and the replacement cost was $200+. This feels like deceptive business practices—buyer beware.

I felt the staff was unwilling to replace my lens, simply because it is still under warranty. He kept providing explanations that I found unconvincing and even claimed the previous staff was wrong in suggesting I get new eyeglasses last time instead of just sitting farther away from the computer. To my surprise, he asked if I could wait until September—when the warranty expires.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My son's first time to get fitted for glasses. Service was prompt and efficient. But OnDays' bench is worn and torn. Consider changing it to fit your image as a current and slick optical chain.

He took the time to explain the types of lenses and their value and benefits. You are lucky to have him on the team!
