I placed an order with your outlet via Grab and set my phone aside, assuming the order was being prepared. To my surprise, the order was suddenly cancelled without any explanation. What’s even more frustrating is that your restaurant still appeared as available for new orders on the app.
This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially for my young children who were waiting for their meal. We had to place another order, resulting in significant delays. I find this action very disappointing and irresponsible.
I hope you can look into this matter seriously and improve the reliability of your service.

We had dinner at Pizza Hut, and it was such a satisfying experience. The place was clean and their food is perfect!
What made our experience even better was the quick service and friendly staff especially their General Manager Neil, she’s very attentive .
Overall, Pizza Hut delivered a comforting and enjoyable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!

It’s my first and last visit. Very disappointing with the experience in this outlet. I chose ASAP and the waiting time turned out to be 45 minutes! But there is no way to seek a refund as I had paid online via credit card. This is totally unacceptable. I requested to speak to the manager but he or she did not dare to come out and address to my complaint. What a letdown!

$19.8 for set for 2. Ordered a personal pizza and a melts with sweet and spicy drumlets. Pizza felt like bread more than pizza, I personally like the melt but I think the skin kind of over cooked.
Sweet and spicy drumlets still the best.
Was given free mushrooms soup each.

⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Dine-In Experience Despite Being Within Hours
We visited this Pizza Hut location at 9:00 PM intending to dine in, well aware that the posted closing time is 10:00 PM. To our surprise, the staff told us that dine-in was no longer available and that only takeaway orders were being accepted.
This was confusing and frustrating, as the standard practice—at most restaurants, including Pizza Hut—is that last dine-in orders are taken around 30 minutes before closing. By that measure, we arrived well in time. The staff, however, refused to seat us without first checking with the manager. After some back and forth, the manager confirmed that last dine-in orders are taken at 9:30 PM. So why were we turned away at 9:00?
This experience felt unwelcoming and inconsistent with what we expect from a well-known chain. If the policy has changed, it should be clearly communicated both online and at the restaurant entrance. Otherwise, customers are left feeling like they're being arbitrarily turned away.
Not the kind of service you'd hope for when you’re simply trying to enjoy a pizza night out.

The place is spacious and clean, service is decent, food is so so, the worst thing that I give it a 1 star is because it took more then an hour to serve the first melts and only serve our pizza another 30 minutes later eventhough we are the only other customers other then one couple that had all the food served and chilling in the shop. The shop are totally empty. They also forgot to serve our dessert after two hours we are in the shop so we had to do a takeaway.
