fast & quick service but very very steep price of $38 for 2 keys ( padlock key and main door key) both are your regular metal keys. Better off to go elsewhere if you have time

Sent my flats to replace the sole to a non-slip, and was quoted $50 for glue, $75 for stitching (highly recommended) so since the price difference was not much i selected stitching, worse choice ever. Workmanship was so bad, the new soles did not fit my current soles and hence they "shrunk" my flats (could see the excess of my original soles were flipped upwards because there wasn't enough space). I wore the original flats for almost a year and had no issues but after paying $75 to fix, i gotten blisters within the first hour. worse job ever. would never bring anything to repair here ever again.

I sent my shoes which had a few of the stitches at the side torn in for repair and i was told that it the stitching would be replaced completely and the exposed part would be sowed back. They just glued it back together and in the process, ended up tearing out the sole of the shoe without even telling me. They didnt call me after the shoe was 'repaired' even though they said they would. The whole thing cost me $60. I honestly would not have minded paying so much if they actually fixed my shoes instead of spoiling it. Would give it a negative number of stars if i could. Completely waste of money and time.

Omg. I saw all these 1 star reviews and I should have avoided this place. But I thought nvm, couldn't be that bad right? WRONG. We came to the shop at approximately 7:30pm. When we arrived, the uncle was on the phone chatting with someone. My mum and I was just waiting to be served inside. A minute passed before I decided to wait outside instead because the shop was so damn small and the uncle is just chatting on the phone so loudly, his spit is flying everywhere. Idk why the shop also got one auntie just keep staring at us. I waited outside the shop for about 5 minutes before my mum came out and said to collect the keys before 8:30pm. We went to eat at kopitiam in the meantime. Lo and behold, when we came back at 8:20pm, the shop was bloody closed. This bastard uncle decided to close shop early when he is holding someone else's keys?? We called the number that was printed on a tiny piece of paper on the door. I think it was the boss and the boss assured us that he will call the uncle to come back. Thank you boss. 8:30pm, I see the ah pek and auntie strolling back to the shop. He still have to cheek to say "I tell you come back at 8:15pm". Wa this liar, really...... Lighting will strike him one day. To make it worse, $10 to duplicate 2 keys. Not worth it. Please don't come here!!!! This is a big disgrace to Singapore.

Came here to duplicate 3 keys. Boss was very clear on price and he completed it in 20 minutes. He also said I could come back if the keys didn't work, but there was no need as they worked anyway. Highly recommended as there are few people who have this skill nowadays.

Quick service. Managed to get my metal gate key duplicated here for $18, which was not available at the previous key duplicate shop I went to. Normal keys cost $4 to duplicate here, which is pretty reasonable for a shop located inside a CapitaLand shopping mall, cheaper than Mister Minit. No problems with the key after testing it after I reached home.
