This outlet deserves a 5-star rating. Not only were the staff friendly, but they were also approachable and proactively searched for and made recommendations for alternatives. I make trips to this outlet because the staff at the Lot One outlet are horribly unhelpful.

This brand has been around for a long time, but their things are usually overpriced. This isn't surprising, as they cater to the last-minute event needs market. While staff were friendly during some visits, on others they exhibited a 'take it or leave it' attitude. Today, I bought a pack of 10 balloons for $3.40. They were of thin quality and not a solid colour, which is what you get when you have last-minute, unplanned changes. Some of the more expensive items do not have price tags, so it can be annoying to repeatedly ask for prices. This makes the customer experience less seamless and comfortable.
