The fish and chips was incredibly small, barely enough for three spoonfuls. Just look at the picture. The staff were inefficient in serving, and their customer service was lacking, making it impossible to get a response when providing feedback.

It took about a month for them to send me a voucher to claim another fish and chips from their outlet.
Guess what? The fish and chips voucher cannot be claimed with any existing promotion. I am not sure if this is how service recovery is done. Additionally, I asked what the expected portion size for each serving was, but they did not answer. I guess they just want to quickly shoo you away with a voucher that can only be used on its own.

It was so bad. The chicken baked rice didn't even have any salt and was so watery. What a waste of money! Very shameful for the chefs and managers working there. The fish and chips didn't even do the dish justice, with so few fries.

The place feels small and crowded. The furniture is quite old and needs renovation. The food is expensive. They even have a promotion, but it's not actually a true promotional price. They just presented their current meal bundle price to look like a $58-promotion. I walked out of the restaurant not satisfied with what I paid. We ordered the Ultra and Mega burgers. The Ultra burger looks small in person compared to their posters and promotional photos. Don't be fooled by it.

Terrible. They brought out such food, and when the person in a tie saw it, they still did nothing until I had to complain to another staff member about how burnt it was! It was a waste of time, and after the last serving, I basically left the place hungry!
Update: They did service recovery, waiving some coke drinks and the service charge.

Good food and great ice cream selections. A lot of vegetarian options. They have an array of Impossible Burgers to choose from!
The pizza was delicious and had an incredible tangy sauce.
The mozzarella sticks were delicious, and the sweet potato fries were incredibly crisp.
The banana split was sweet and decadent, with different flavors of ice cream.

I think the brand has really failed to evolve with the times, but nonetheless brings back a nice touch of nostalgia with food that still tastes great! The placement of the tables seems very cluttered and cramped, often causing a bottleneck between their own staff and customers. Waiting time was also unacceptable, taking about 30-40 minutes for our mains… I guess the saving grace was the baked rice and the ice cream. Nothing to mention about the service; it was pretty standard and could use a little energy and a tinge of politeness.

Ordered two fish and chips via Foodpanda and was thoroughly surprised when we got our food. The quality of food has dropped significantly since we last had it. The fish isn't the same as we had last time; it's too soft and overly flaky, literally falling apart when we pick it up with a fork, and it doesn't have the same firm yet tender texture we had last time. Second, no tartar sauce was given, despite being emphasized on the menu description. The last straw was when we were given dried up, moldy lemons for the fish. Thankfully, I scrutinized them before even squeezing them onto the fish; otherwise, it would have been a huge food safety breach, and there could have been serious medical consequences had we ingested them. All this, for $39 for two sets of fish and chips, no less. Terrible experience. 😞

Standard Western food fare. I used to think the fries were fantastic, but they're just okay these days. Staff are still as friendly as ever, and this branch has inclusive staff. Food-wise, there's a lot of fried stuff and spaghetti, which appeals to kids. Serving sizes are big. The coleslaw doesn't seem popular with anyone; I ended up eating 3 out of 4 bowls, with the last one still on the table. The new menu features UFO burgers, which are novel and interesting, but they probably should warn customers that it takes 30 minutes for them to arrive. Perhaps something was wrong with the kitchen on the day of our visit, as a double cheese beef burger also took almost 25 minutes. Located in BPP, it's a popular halal option.
