I appreciate The Body Shop's strong commitment to cruelty-free practices. Their transparency on this issue is refreshing, ensuring their products are ethically sourced and never tested on animals. In addition to their ethical approach, I've always had positive experiences with the staff. There's no hard selling. They're friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and happy to answer questions about what works best for different skin types or how to use specific products.

I was shopping at the Bukit Panjang store and was very impressed with the staff, Irene. She is really friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I managed to get the items I needed. I had a good experience at the shop, and I highly recommend dropping by if you need anything from The Body Shop. Good job, Irene! Keep it up!
