One of the staff, whose name I've forgotten, is very helpful in giving me good advice on how to use the skincare products. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient when she teaches me the accurate steps to use the products with detailed and clear explanations.

One of the staff ladies with short hair (I never saw her name) was rude. My wife asked her about something, and she just turned her head, looked at my wife, and said 'ah'. My wife asked her a second time, and she just stared blankly at my wife and never said anything. I was angry and told my wife to go out of the store. Seeing me tell my wife that, she just turned her head away and did not care. This is the first Watson staff member that super pissed me off.

Five stars only for your staff, not your system. Watsons' redemption voucher system feels so outdated and is such a pain. Bleah. It involves splitting transactions, holding up queues, and stressing out cashiers while annoying customers. The whole process is unnecessary. Gosh. Just auto-apply the discount and save everyone the hassle! The in-store experience suffers. Perhaps your marketing team needs some Gen Z energy to inject seamless and instant discounts. Special mention to Sume and Elyse for staying calm, kind, and professional through the chaos. It was overwhelming, but they handled the pressure so incredibly well. Without them, the frustration would have been worse. Watsons, please fix this system. Your staff deserve better, and so do your customers!
