I’ve always been a huge fan of Bober Tea and always enjoyed their drinks. This time round I decided to try their hot roasted oolong milk tea with brown sugar jelly pearls (literally bought it around 30mins ago at 8.15pm). And it’s sour!!! Initially I thought it’s my taste buds, considering I just had dinner, so I ended up drinking probably one third of it? But it’s still an awkward sour taste. Let my family try, and indeed it is sour. Not sure if it’s the brown sugar jelly pearls that’s spoilt or something is wrong with the tea??? But the jelly itself does taste sourish. Now I’m starting to feel some cramps in my tummy. :X So disappointed!!! And pardon me if I got it wrong as I’m not the one who bought it at the store, I’m not sure why it costs $6.50 when it’s a M cup of hot roasted oolong milk tea ($3.40 on the website), with added brown sugar jelly pearls ($0.60 on the website)? Is the website not updated?!? I feel cheated, and now the tea taste sour?

This outlet staffs here are not to be trusted cause only recently when my wife inquired regarding the promotional plush keychain in order to get the Pompompurin one, the staff replied her that she could get it if she were to buy the large size cup. Upon completing order, my wife asked of the Pompompurin plush keychain only to be told by a female staff that it is already inside the cup as a blind box. If only the staff would of elaborated the blind box to customers before buying, we wouldn’t have wasted our money choosing the large cup as our only reason is to get the Pompompurin plush keychain. It gave us the impression of a scam- to buy first then only be told of the unexpected outcome. Staff elaboration of promotional products to customers needs improvement!

finally bought my nutella milk tea blend and brown sugar creme brûlée. the staff working there are friendly and the serving of the drinks are very fast! all the drinks are very tasty and would come back again soon!

I’ve ordered earl grey milk tea earlier today and to my surprise, there’s a strong taste of hand sanitiser in the drink. I’ve let my sister had a sip to make sure my taste buds are not playing tricks on me and she confirms it. Hand sanitiser, if consumed in a certain amount, is poisonous. No customer should ever experience this.

First time trying Bober at BPP! Tried their new menu item – Pomegranate Vinegar Yakult. It was a very good mixture of everything. It had a sweet and sour flavour, and was the perfect drink to cool off.
My friends also got other things off the menu. Their White Pearl had a perfectly chewy texture.
