I’ve always been a huge fan of Bober Tea and always enjoyed their drinks. This time round, I decided to try their hot roasted oolong milk tea with brown sugar jelly pearls (literally bought it around 30 minutes ago at 8:15 PM). And it was sour! Initially, I thought it was my taste buds, considering I just had dinner, so I ended up drinking probably one-third of it. But it still had an awkward sour taste. I let my family try it, and indeed it was sour. Not sure if it was the brown sugar jelly pearls that were spoiled, or if something was wrong with the tea? But the jelly itself did taste sourish. Now I'm starting to feel some cramps in my tummy. So disappointed! And pardon me if I got it wrong, as I’m not the one who bought it at the store. I’m not sure why it cost $6.50 when it was a M cup of hot roasted oolong milk tea ($3.40 on the website), with added brown sugar jelly pearls ($0.60 on the website)? Is the website not updated? I felt cheated, and now the tea tastes sour.

Worst $7.10 I’ve ever spent. Ordered Roasted milk tea with brown sugar pearl. Waited super long and the drink was sweet as hell. No roasted taste at all. Please don’t buy.

Great experience at this BP outlet. The new drinks were fantastic, offering a diverse selection to cater to various tastes. From classic options to unique and innovative concoctions, there's something for everyone. You can tell that they put a lot of care into their recipes. As a coffee addict, I now have another place to satisfy my caffeine kicks!
But what truly stood out was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating with special requests, and served with a smile. Prompt and efficient service!

Staff are very welcoming and friendly! I was greeted with a warm smile from the pretty jiejies and handsome uncles! I upgraded my drink to the surprise cup and got the cinnamon roll toy! Omg, I'm very happy! They told me it's a limited edition and not many others got it! I'm so lucky! 😍 Thanks for the best consumer experience! I will definitely come back again ~

The Chrysanthemum Pu Erh Tea (50% sugar, less ice) is fragrant and yummy! Love the mix of two teas. Will reorder this flavour. Service is quite fast and good. The exterior of the cup is clean.

Long Jing Punched Lemon Tea with Pearls, $5.70.
I had difficulty swirling my straw in the drink and realised they gave me two half lemons. If this is the standard recipe for the drink, it is not worth the $5.70, as the lemons took up such a big portion of the cup.
