I had my phone screen replaced by them in Aug 2023. Within a few days, the screen had an issue, and I had to go back for a new screen. In Feb 2024, just barely 6 months after, the screen developed shadows. Because it was out of their warranty, it would cost another $100 to replace. Who would dare to do a screen replacement with them again? You pay for a repair and end up not solving the problem, and your trade-in value instantly goes to $0 because you now have a non-genuine part. Double whammy.

We were attended by Jack when we visited the Bukit Panjang Plaza shop two weeks ago for iPad repair. Jack was very courteous and professional when he attended to us. We waited for the new iPad screen to arrive, and today Jack resolved the issue with our iPad. Our first experience was disappointing and mediocre when we took the iPad for repair at the beginning of the month at Bugis Village. We went back a second time, but after repairing it the second time, the problem still persisted. When we went back again, we were greeted with an unwelcoming expression by the employee. What a 180-degree change of service compared to the Bukit Panjang Plaza branch! Even my hubby commended that. Jack was very efficient and notified us that the new iPad screen had arrived. (He expedited the process for us as he knew our child needed it for school lessons.) I am happy with Jack's excellent customer service at the Bukit Panjang Plaza branch and would highly recommend this place 👍👍

Fantastic service by Jack. He was super reassuring and really helped me tremendously, so I could still use my phone!
Behind the scenes, the shop's technician (Hong) was also super efficient, and the problem was fixed overnight at a super reasonable price. Impressed that this repair service comes with a one-month warranty as well.
I even had my screen cleaned for free after the repair! No upselling and very honest service. Highly recommended!

Hong, the staff member, is very friendly and nice. We had messaged previously to inquire about the price to change the glass screen due to a crack. The price quoted by his colleague seemed too low, but he still honored it and even gave us a free screen protector. The replacement service was also pretty quick. Thank you for the great service!
