Very helpful and kind staff who helped me find earphones with a USB-C charger. When it turned out that it wasn't compatible with my phone, they went out of their way to help me find alternatives and refund my original purchase.

Bad attitude from staff. There was only one staff member available at 1 PM, so I approached the female staff member to pay. She then said she was talking to the customer. Yes, I was aware that she was explaining to the potential customer, but I already wanted to pay for my product. Perhaps I should have purchased from Best Denki next time.

Visited on 1 September 2023. Staff were really helpful when I asked them for assistance in finding a digital television antenna. Payment was also fuss-free and quick whilst redeeming rebates via the app.

The guy with the buzz cut doesn't seem interested in working. He was terribly rude and had a poor tone. He was impatient and used a bad tone when the customer was trying to find the product specs.
