Very helpful and kind staff who helped me find earphones with a usb-c charger. When it turned out that it wasn't compatible with my phone, they went out of their way to help me find alternatives and refund my original purchase.

Always a pleasant and smooth experience here. Haven't had any negative experiences from my multiple visits to challenger thus far. Its also worth checking out their membership - it's worth the price

Customer Service needs improvement. A simple request to check on member's last purchase was declined. Staff prefer to carry on his private personal conversation to with another staff member. i was the only customer in the shop at the counter at 3.05pm

When approached will guide on what I wanted to buy. But have to join member then able to get discount. But if member will get 10% off,have 3 types of membership,$8 for 8 months, $10+ or more,can't remembered how much. I never join membership because not frequent shopping at there.

Horrible customer service. Used my phone's GPay app to pay for a purchase, and for some reason, their system crashed and had to restart. The cashier blamed me for this, yet in the same breath, admitted it happens regularly when people use NFC payment. That really isn't my problem, right? This is an IT store, yet they're not resolving an IT issue of their own. I'd understand it to be my fault if my GPay payment didn't go through on my phone, but your entire Paywave system CRASHED! Oh, and he still tried to sell me a ValueClub membership.

When approached, they guided me on what I wanted to buy. But I had to become a member to get a discount. Members get 10% off. There are three types of membership: one for $8 for 8 months, and others starting from $10+ (I can't remember the exact prices). I never joined a membership because I don't shop there frequently.
