Staff are helpful and courteous. Good product knowledge too. I ended up buying the Fitbit Charge 3 Special edition.

Bad attitude from staff. There was only 1 staff available at 1pm so I approached the female staff as I wanted to pay. Then the female staff said she was talking to the customer. Yes I was aware that she was explaining to the potential customer but I already wanted to pay for the product. Perhaps I should have purchased from best denki next time.

Visited on 1 September 2023. Staff were real helpful when I asked them for assistance in finding a digital television antennae. Payment was also fuss free and quick whilst also redeeming rebates via the app.

Very helpful and kind staff who helped me find earphones with a usb-c charger. When it turned out that it wasn't compatible with my phone, they went out of their way to help me find alternatives and refund my original purchase.
