First time at this outlet. I generally have a pleasant experience with EC House. But, i felt the way the female hairdresser here handled my kids was not tactful. The way she grabbed their neck to tilt to the side was unnecessary. Going home to touch up on their haircuts, cos it's uneven.

The lady barber in EC cut is very unprofessional and very harsh on my head. She was harsh when vacuum my head. All these because l asked her to give more skin to my side. There us no respect for client's well being for having g a hair cut. I will never ever come again with these kind of attitude and disrespect. It is just a normal haircut.

Want to commend the two stylists that worked on my two young kids' and my hair today - May Lim and Kiu Lan Fang. They handled my 2yo boy (by May) and 3yo girl (by Fang) really well. The haircuts were also as requested. I saw a lot of bad reviews but just went anyway to see how they behaved with my active kids. But I guess I was lucky to get them instead of the stylists that were given 1 stars. Even when Fang was cutting my hair and my two kids entertained themselves, they were both "watching" them for me and even talked to them to when they play around or try to get out of the salon. Fang even helped put on my boy's shoes when he came to me to tell me his shoes came off. Definitely coming back for routine haircuts in hopes I get them again!

Fang Kui Lan of Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet provides exemplary service, always attentive and delivering service with a smile. It's not just the good haircut she gave; 10 minutes chatting with her also made my day. Please keep her in the Bukit Panjang outlet!

A senior male hairdresser had his own idea of cutting my hair (which was permed), and made sure none of the perm was left when I told him to just do a light trim. Poor attention to detail. Probably never going back again.

Went for a trim, but the lady there did an undercut on the wrong parts of the hair. She cut it way too short, ruining my hair for CNY. The haircut was done in a painful manner. Do not recommend for anyone.

I regret going there: they overcut my hair, and the hairdresser claimed that my hair was flat. I will never patronise this haircut shop again. 1 Sep 5.10pm
