Want to commend the two stylists who worked on my two young kids' hair and my own today—May Lim and Kiu Lan Fang. They handled my 2-year-old boy (by May) and 3-year-old girl (by Fang) really well. The haircuts were also as requested. I saw a lot of bad reviews, but I just went anyway to see how they behaved with my active kids. But I guess I was lucky to get them instead of the stylists who were given 1 star. Even when Fang was cutting my hair and my two kids entertained themselves, they were both "watching" them for me and even talked to them when they played around or tried to get out of the salon. Fang even helped put on my boy's shoes when he came to me to tell me his shoes came off. Definitely coming back for routine haircuts in hopes of getting them again!

The lady barber at EC Cut is very unprofessional and harsh on my head. She was harsh when vacuuming my head. All this because I asked her to give more skin to my side. There is no respect for a client's well-being when having a haircut. I will never ever come again with this kind of attitude and disrespect. It is just a normal haircut.

First time at this outlet. I generally have a pleasant experience with EC House. But, I felt the way the female hairdresser here handled my kids was not tactful. The way she grabbed their neck to tilt to the side was unnecessary. I had to go home to touch up on their haircuts because they were uneven.

I always liked going here to cut my hair until Joseph Lee came into the picture. The fade isn't an undercut, bro, and it isn't meant to be cut so high. Either he needs training or he just had a bad day.

**2 September 2023 Subsequent Visit:** When I visited on a Saturday afternoon, there were already 2 people having their hair cut while another was in the queue. Paid $14 at the mobile kiosk before taking a seat. The barber was quick and efficient with the haircut. **20 May 2023 Visit:** When I visited on a Saturday, there was no queue. The hairstylist was friendly and efficient. Overall, a good experience.

Here's the edited review: "Had a great time with EC House Cuts today. My barber Ziv Chong gave me not just a good, but a great time while I was there. He's very accommodating and full of enthusiasm while giving me a haircut. I just showed him the photo of the haircut and he had it done. Kudos to you, bro! Give this man a raise. He definitely deserves it!"

My Go-To Hairstylist at EC House: I've been a regular customer of Kiu Lan Fang at the EC House in Bukit Panjang Plaza for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough. She consistently gives me the best haircuts and provides excellent service. What's really impressive is her patience and kindness, which I've observed countless times as she attends to other customers. She's always incredibly patient, especially with elderly clients and small children, making them feel comfortable and well-cared for. If you're looking for a skilled and thoughtful hairstylist, Ms. Kiu is the one to see!
