Bedsheet designs are good. However, the service from the sales and office departments is horrible. 1) It would be better if a phone contact number were provided for customers to call for urgent cases. This would be useful for inquiries about product availability, timing, or during online site breakdowns, email system failures, and other urgent situations requiring clarification and assistance. 2) While handling complicated issues, (P-T) staff should practice patience and calmness to maintain a clear mind, listen to the customer, and think clearly. Everybody makes mistakes; it is not shameful or a fault to make them. However, it is unacceptable to be arrogant and irascible by refusing to listen to explanations/clarifications and being rude. If an issue is too difficult for the staff on duty to understand or clarify, staff should at least stay calm and remain polite. They should take pictures of all receipts, send them to the manager or other staff members to settle, and appease customers by letting them know that the issue will be followed up and will require some time for clarification. If a refund is necessary, the company should process it via PayNow afterwards. I believe this approach will prevent customer resentment from arising.
