Staff lack knowledge about products. When I asked for herbs to cook tonic soup, staff pointed to the whole shelf and said everything on the shelf could be used. Furthermore, their products are more expensive than other shops.

Bought medicine for my kid. Paid full price for an item without the member price, as I was in a rush. After paying, I noticed that there was 20% off for members. I asked the salesperson about it, and she said it was too late, as I had already paid full price. Maybe they can encourage us to sign up for membership first, since it's free.

Honestly, we were just passing by but saw what disgusted my whole family. This staff member was initially digging her nose and wiping her finger on the countertop. A while later, she was standing at the shop front, blatantly cutting her nails (not sure if she swept the floor later or the nails dropped on the floor).
