The old lady there is super rude. I asked her where the kitchen weighing scale was, and she said that they didn't have it. Later, I found it myself. When I told her about it, she simply ignored me, showing little concern. This attitude at this age! Please get some nice staff.

The service attitude of the staff was very bad, especially two of them: an 'aunty' with glasses and a short lady with red straight hair.
Last Sunday (07/02/21) at 9:00 PM, I needed to buy something at the shop. I wanted to ask about a product, but no one seemed to care, though that wasn't the main issue. I waited for over 20 minutes and had to ask three times before they gave me the product I wanted.
I don't want to talk about the attitude of the lady when she took the item down. Then I said I needed to check it, but the employee didn't open it or let me check the item. They also didn't look at me; instead, they kept talking about the price. He just tied the rope and told me to pay for the item.
I think my friends and I will not go again because the staff was very bad, and I felt we were not respected. I hope your company can improve the attitude of your employees.

I asked the old aunty if they had a knife sharpener, and she ignored me. Then, when I approached her again, she said they didn't have any, while the younger staff showed me where it was and even explained the difference between products. During payment, the same aunty was mumbling "no nets, no nets," and I had to clarify three times what she was saying. She seemed uninterested in working there, and I wouldn't recommend going to her for assistance.

I bought 4 water bottles and left the store. After I went for a walk around the shopping mall, I came across the store again and saw a sign: 'Buy 4, Free 1'. So I went in and kindly asked the Chinese old aunty if this was true and if I could get another water bottle. She asked me: "Look carefully. This item is at the front, not at the back. You bought the water bottle at the back, so next time you must look very carefully." She fiercely asked, and I apologized as she was shouting. So I said, "I asked politely. Your attitude is very bad." And she told me to just leave the store.

I ordered online and sent multiple emails to inquire about the status of my order. The order was placed on February 3rd, with a chosen collection date of February 14th.
I called the Bukit Panjang Plaza branch on Sunday, February 16th, and was told that the delivery was not yet complete, but they had the item in stock and I could just pick it up.
So I specifically headed down, only to realize that what they had in stock was the wrong item, making my trip a futile effort and a waste of my time.
As of today (February 19th), there has been zero response to the multiple emails I have sent inquiring about the status of my order.
This is my first time making a purchase from Japan Home, and I regret to say that so far, this has been an unpleasant experience.
