As usual, a nice haircut from Jasmine. I found her when I wanted to try a new hairstyle years ago. A new hairstyle always comes with the fear of disappointment and ruining your week. However, she certainly met my expectations.

I was their customer for 5 years due to a package I signed with them, but their service was always substandard, especially when it came time to renew. Right before my package ended, they would try all sorts of ways to please and serve me, hoping to compel me to renew.
Once, I asked to dye my roots, but the lead stylist did an extremely bad job and left my hair two-toned. I got mocked by my friends the next day when they saw it. Another time, I requested to dye my hair dark, but the stylist refused, saying lighter tones looked better, simply because her own hair was pink.
No matter who the stylist was, they always hard-sold. It was very stressful to have any hair session with them because they hard-sold every time I was there. I finally decided not to renew my package and have never felt more relieved.

I had my hair done by stylist Ken Chin, who did a fabulous job. He knows how to handle my hair (which has some natural curls) and gives me a brand new look. I have received several compliments from my family and friends. Thumbs up to Ken for his excellent work. Highly recommend him!👍

I have been getting my hair done here for many years, and I only trust Feifei with my hair. She’s very good at all kinds of haircuts, and I had my hair permed for the first time by her. I love it! Do look for Feifei if you need a good hairdo!
