I was there enquiring about the pricing when the staff did not make any effort to engage or serve. She merely redirected me to the chart and asked me to see for myself. I was there "studying" the price when an elderly couple also asked the staff the same question. They, of course, received the same treatment and walked away without buying any kueh.

I couldn't fault the food and the atmosphere. But the auntie at the Bukit Panjang outlet was really rude and unhelpful (19 Aug, 8:10 PM). When I asked her questions about the flavors, her tone and facial expression were insinuating I was dumb. For instance, I asked what the 'coconut' flavor was – whether it was gula melaka or shredded coconut – and she replied, "coconut is coconut." She was also coughing when I wanted to make payment and said it was either cash or PayNow. (I had asked for PayWave, which was shown on the board as possible, though I suspect this was because the stall was closing in 45 minutes.) The entire experience was poor, and I will not return to this stall again. This left a poor impression of the Jixiang franchise.

Friendly auntie at the shop. Doris was flexible with my Shopee redemption. Love the akk here. Have been eating this since I was staying in Cantonment. So glad that they **opened** an outlet here.

I highly advise avoiding this shop. I bought vouchers from Shopee. The auntie was rude, complaining that her customers usually buy 3 for $10 deals and asking why we bought from Shopee. She wasn't clear what she wanted to see on the Shopee voucher. I told her we bought five sets. She even commented on why we only chose one flavor, saying we must really like it. When trying to redeem the Shopee voucher, she kept saying she wanted to see '这个这个' (this, this). We didn't know what she wanted. She wanted us to talk to Shopee about everything, telling us to ask Shopee why they sold it that way. We only wanted to redeem the akk. She made it so difficult. And look how she squeezed five sets of akk into one small plastic bag. She said if I had any comments, I should go and leave a review. So here's the review, asking everyone to avoid this shop at all costs!

Abacus seed is getting worse. While I was redeeming my Shopee digital voucher, the auntie was somehow digging in the wagon for me instead of taking two boxes directly from the display. One of the boxes, as pictured, was TERRIBLY LITTLE. It couldn't even fill half the box. The other was still acceptable, with a few more pieces exceeding half the box.
