It was a great session for colouring, treatment, and hair cutting. I was given good recommendations on how I should go about the hair colour and how to maintain the hairstyle! Will definitely come again. Thank you to both Chloe and Joey for the good service.

Thank you Karva BPP team for operating on CNY day 2. It means a lot as I've had issues making time for a hair appointment.
Loved how Izah attended to my hair needs even though it was as basic as a cut, wash, and blow dry. She made me feel comfortable and safe, allowed me to rest my mind, and spoke to me warmly only when necessary.
Music played was at the right decibel level, and I loved how items were tidy and in place.
Before making payment, I also discussed with Izah my future plans for ash grey highlights, and she suggested that I keep the team updated on their availability in the store. I appreciate the heads up.

Go at your own risk. I went to have an anti-frizz treatment done, and the stylist asked if I wanted to add on a haircut, which cost $45. So I agreed. However, at the end of the treatment, another stylist (Angel) took about 10 seconds or so to trim the ends of my hair. I asked, "Is that considered a $45 haircut?" and she said yes. She said she would charge $25 instead and insisted she had cut my hair even before she started the treatment (this was not true and never happened at all). The trimming of ends was done at the end of the treatment, and that was the only cut done. This is totally a scam. So dishonest. I should have just gone to Kcuts opposite for a haircut! Just look at that 10-second trim that was so badly done, which cost me $25! I'm so shocked that the stylist can lie so blatantly. Anyway, this will be my last time here! Never again, as I do not want to support a dishonest and unethical establishment!

Honest opinion. Went for a scalp treatment and a trim. As it was my first time, I decided to go with their recommendations. Firstly, the $238 + $70 scalp treatment did nothing for my scalp. It felt nice and light at first, but by the third day, my scalp was oily and itchy as ever. In my other experiences, after a scalp treatment, my scalp felt oily only after one week. The $45 haircut was just a trim, and after a few snips, it was over. I don't like my haircut as it's uneven. I couldn't really see my hair at the back after the stylist showed me the mirror, as the lighting wasn't that great. But it's alright. Hair will grow. The bottom line is, if you charge that amount of money, you need to make sure your product or services are really good. Customer service was very good, though, and that's the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. It's good to try different places and experience new things. But after this experience, I am not returning.

As a curly-haired girl, it's hard to find salons that don't screw up your hair. She recommended a hair colour for me, as my previous colour was orange-looking. I agree the prices are on the higher end, but I enjoyed my service here and the staff were great and friendly. My stylist was Izah, and I would definitely come back again in the future.

Kak Izah really went all out to pull off what I wanted and provided an excellent performance and service in the salon, and took the effort to ensure that the outcome looked great on my skin tone and to run through the colors that would be best for me. ❤️😭…

Had an awesome experience at Karva Bukit Panjang Plaza. Their stylists, Joey and Chloe, are very professional in recommending hairstyles, treatments, and hair products. They are generous with their advice, very friendly, and approachable. Kudos to Karva for having such staff. Love the ambiance, the choice of beverages, and the little things they do to make you welcome. Will come back for treatments.
