Honest opinion. Went for a scalp treatment and a trim. You can see the price breakdown. As it was my first time, i decided to go with their recommendations. Firstly, the $238 + 70 treatment did nothing to my scalp. It felt nice and light at first, but by the 3rd day, my scalp was oily and itchy as ever. In my other experiences, after scalp treatment, my scalp feels oily only after 1 week. The $45 haircut was just a trim, and after a few snips, it was over. I don't like my haircut as it's uneven. I couldn't really see my hair at the back after stylist showed me the mirror as lighting wasn't that great. But it's alright. Hair will grow. The bottom line is, if you charge that amount of money, you need to make sure your product or services are really good. Customer service was very good though and that's the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. It's good to try different places and experience new things. But after this experience, I am not returning.

Just look at that 10-second trim that was so badly done which cost me $25! I'm so shocked that the stylist can lie so blatantly. Anyway, last time for me here!! Never again, as I do not want to support dishonest and unethical establishment!

Hi as a curly hair girl it is hard to find salons that don't screw up your hair. She recommended my hair colour as my previous colour was orange looking. I agree the prices are on the higher end but I enjoyed my service here and the staff were great and friendly. My stylist was Izah and I would def come back again in the future

Loved how Izah had attended to my hair needs even though it was as basic as cut + wash + blow dry. She made me feel comfortable and safe, allowed me to rest my mind and spoke to me warmly only when necessary.
Music played was at the right decibel level and i loved how items were tidy and in place.
Before making payment I had also discussed with Izah on my future plans to go have ash grey highlights and she’s suggested that i keep the team updated on its availability in the store. I appreciate the heads up.
