Indicated chicken breast on the app's order interface. Collected order and came home to find out that the chicken provided was incorrect. For a fried chicken restaurant, the staff really have a bad reputation of getting the requested chicken parts wrong. The chicken quality is also noticeably poorer than the branch at Hillion mall nearby.

Ordered from food panda,just arrived, where is my whipped potato???? Whats wrong with u guys, this is not the first time u missed some of the items.and the chicken all really sucks size like a pigeon.. Really irritating...

2 September 2023 follow up visit: Ordered via the mobile kiosk. Meal was ready for collection almost immediately after payment. This might be due to no one else ordering and the food was already prepared and on the warming shelves for a while. 3 Jun 2023 - Ordered the Zinger Transformers Movie Meal via the self-service ordering kiosk. The chicken portion of the Zinger burger has shrunk tremendously over time. The Spicy Dippers also tasted as hard as rocks. Definitely not worth the $10.95 price.

Anthony, the kfc chef is so good and polite. He specifically made my chicken bacon to perfection, when my mum specially requested. After serving us he still came to ask if the bacon was good and up her standard. Hard to get such a good staff, KFC should cherish such good seniors working in the outlet.

Best shop even! Best place KFC to eat. Food was very nice to eat and warm. Even if the foods quality not so good you just have to use kfc app to contact and this shop responds very fast with a few days. Today I used my Shopee food vouchers to order food and it was nice to eat. Ate there many times and still never disappointed to me.

I had the pleasure of visiting KFC at Bukit Panjang Plaza to redeem my voucher, but unfortunately, my apps kept crashing after the recent update. I was quite panicked and unsure what to do, but thankfully, Mr. Con Roy came to the rescue. He handled the situation with such professionalism and calm, patiently guiding us through an alternative method using the website. What truly stood out was his warm and welcoming attitude. Moment of Magic 1 – He was incredibly patient as we struggled to decide on our order. With a friendly smile, he offered suggestions and guided us without ever rushing, even while we were busy debating among ourselves. Moment of Magic 2 – When I casually asked about a sold-out bag, Mukesh didn’t just stop at saying it was unavailable. Instead, he offered to open the display box so I could feel the material—such a thoughtful gesture. Moment of Magic 3 – When I requested a tight meat, he noticed they were smaller than usual that day and kindly added a little wing to make up for it. It’s rare to find this level of genuine care and service over the counter today. Products can be replicated, but service from the heart like this is truly one of a kind. 👏 Cheers to Mukesh for setting the standard of what real hospitality looks like!

Best shop ever! This is the best place to eat KFC. The food was very nice to eat and warm. Even if the food's quality isn't so good, you just have to use the KFC app to contact them, and this shop responds very quickly, typically within a few days. Today, I used my Shopee Food vouchers to order food, and it was nice to eat. I've eaten there many times and am still never disappointed.
