Anthony, the kfc chef is so good and polite. He specifically made my chicken bacon to perfection, when my mum specially requested. After serving us he still came to ask if the bacon was good and up her standard. Hard to get such a good staff, KFC should cherish such good seniors working in the outlet.

I forgot mention white coffee, in spite of that Mr Antony , the front line staff provided a glass of milk to make white coffee He has taken additional effort to do this without any hesitation I wish him well for his good health and happiness

Indicated chicken breast on the app's order interface. Collected order and came home to find out that the chicken provided was incorrect. For a fried chicken restaurant, the staff really have a bad reputation of getting the requested chicken parts wrong. The chicken quality is also noticeably poorer than the branch at Hillion mall nearby.

I was served by the staff Mr Anthony who reminded me to check my orders before going of so that I will be satisfied with my meal and yes listening to his instructions I check and noticed that 1 of the item was wrong and he quickly did the changes for me. He was really very helpful. Please keep such staffs in the restaurant where it will bring in more satisfied customers like me. Thank you

Best shop even! Best place KFC to eat. Food was very nice to eat and warm. Even if the foods quality not so good you just have to use kfc app to contact and this shop responds very fast with a few days. Today I used my Shopee food vouchers to order food and it was nice to eat. Ate there many times and still never disappointed to me.

I had the pleasure of visiting KFC at Bukit Panjang Plaza to redeem my voucher, but unfortunately, my apps kept crashing after the recent update. I was quite panicked and unsure what to do, but thankfully, Mr. Con Roy came to the rescue. He handled the situation with such professionalism and calm, patiently guiding us through an alternative method using the website. What truly stood out was his warm and welcoming attitude. His kindness and patience made a stressful moment & starving tummy calm and so much easier to handle. Thank you, Mr. Con Roi, for your outstanding service and dedication. Truly appreciated! 🙏

Wait so long for our take away order just to get an over fried chicken and the chicken is becoming smaller and smaller. Worst service ever.

Ordered from food panda,just arrived, where is my whipped potato???? Whats wrong with u guys, this is not the first time u missed some of the items.and the chicken all really sucks size like a pigeon.. Really irritating...
