Good customer service, was being served by a Malay guy at the front counter. He was fast, polite and also attend to our request well. Food was served hot , and as per request. The outlet was clean, and well-maintained.
Overall, great experience everytime we came here. Highly recommended.

I was served by the staff Mr Anthony who reminded me to check my orders before going of so that I will be satisfied with my meal and yes listening to his instructions I check and noticed that 1 of the item was wrong and he quickly did the changes for me. He was really very helpful. Please keep such staffs in the restaurant where it will bring in more satisfied customers like me. Thank you

Yesterday I came to this outlet with my whole family. The staff gave good service plus suggests the so shiok family set. Worth for money. The set is value for money. Will come again.

2 September 2023 follow up visit: Ordered via the mobile kiosk. Meal was ready for collection almost immediately after payment. This might be due to no one else ordering and the food was already prepared and on the warming shelves for a while.
3 Jun 2023 - Ordered the Zinger Transformers Movie Meal via the self-service ordering kiosk. The chicken portion of the Zinger burger has shrunk tremendously over time. The Spicy Dippers also tasted as hard as rocks. Definitely not worth the $10.95 price.

Indicated chicken breast on the app's order interface. Upon collecting the order and returning home, I found the chicken provided was incorrect. For a fried chicken restaurant, the staff seem to have a reputation for getting the requested chicken parts wrong. The chicken quality is also noticeably poorer than at the branch at Hillion Mall.

I forgot to mention white coffee, yet Mr. Antony, a frontline staff member, provided a glass of milk to make it. He made an additional effort to do this without any hesitation. I wish him well for his good health and happiness.

Anthony, the KFC chef, is so good and polite. He specifically made my chicken bacon to perfection, as my mum had specially requested. After serving us, he still came to ask if the bacon was good and up to her standard. It's hard to find such a good staff member. KFC should cherish such good seniors working in the outlet.
