Good customer service. We were served by a Malay guy at the front counter. He was fast, polite, and attended to our requests well. Food was served hot and as requested. The outlet was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's a great experience every time we come here. Highly recommended. Never disappoints. 🤍👍🏽

Moment of Magic 1 – He was incredibly patient as we struggled to decide on our order. With a friendly smile, he offered suggestions and guided us without ever rushing, even while we were busy debating among ourselves.
Moment of Magic 2 – When I casually asked about a sold-out bag, Mukesh didn’t just stop at saying it was unavailable. Instead, he offered to open the display box so I could feel the material—such a thoughtful gesture.
Moment of Magic 3 – When I requested a **thigh meat**, he noticed they were smaller than usual that day and kindly added a little wing to make up for it.
It’s rare to find this level of genuine care and service over the counter today. Products can be replicated, but service from the heart like this is truly one of a kind.

I had the pleasure of visiting KFC at Bukit Panjang Plaza to redeem my voucher, but unfortunately, my **app** kept crashing after the recent update. I was quite panicked and unsure what to do, but thankfully, Mr. Con **Roi** came to the rescue.

The food was very nice to eat and warm.
Even if the food's quality isn't so good, you just have to use the KFC app to contact them, and this shop responds very quickly, typically within a few days.
Today, I used my Shopee Food vouchers to order food, and it was nice to eat.
I've eaten there many times and am still never disappointed.
