Tried the $50 pigmentation service under Zi Lin, who is very friendly. It was quite a relaxing 30-minute facial. The skin products were also not bad, as they were not sticky. I liked the moisturizer cream that smelled good.

Great service. I also had a lovely time chatting with the beautician, Wan Ting, throughout the facial. :) I tried out a different outlet and really liked her service. She was knowledgeable about skincare and recommended a good moisturizer. I would see her again for a facial at the AMK outlet.

I've visited this location a few times in the past and have also gone to other Kskin outlets in the neighborhood. I really liked the service in the past, but today I feel the therapist barely touched my face. My face looked the same when I left as it did when I arrived. I don't think I will try this outlet for a while.

I used to go to a proper facial studio, but this one is new and near my house, so I gave it a try. I tried their $28, 15-minute cleansing facial. It was my first time trying an express facial, but to be honest, it wasn't very impressive.
The "extraction" involved using a scraper-looking thing (one of the attachments of their all-in-one machine) to scrape the skin. I didn't expect it to remove deep blackheads, but in my opinion, it couldn't really remove even smaller whiteheads or blackheads on my face. I could have removed more on my own using a clay mask and cotton. Maybe it did remove some dead skin, I believe, but one can't expect to see results.
The good thing is they don't hard sell and don't push packages. If you don't expect a perfectly clean face, you can try it.

I really like this express facial, a $28 treatment. It cleanses and brightens my skin quickly. I am very satisfied. The beauticians there are all very nice and kind, especially Raini. They explain my skin condition in detail and what products can be used. I will go again. If you go, you must look for her, Raini. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹

I've had great experiences with Tyna and other beauticians from the same outlet. Tyna provided advice based on my skin type and condition, which was super helpful.
Even though they may recommend products after the treatment, it's optional and completely up to you if you choose to purchase them or not. Fuss-free facial experience :)

Tyna is professional and meticulous in her work during my facial care visit. It's my third time visiting, and I intend to continue for regular facial cleaning and maintenance.
I like that she explains the steps each time and the before-and-after results after every session with patience. Overall, it was a pleasant and value-for-money K-facial experience, and I highly recommend it. 👍🏻👍🏻

First time trying out Kskin during my lunch hour. The beautician named Emma (if I didn't get her name wrong). She is gentle, attentive, and meticulous. She also gave great advice on how to take care of my skin and what to do before and after treatment.
The whole experience is relaxing. It’s a great option for those looking for a quick skincare refresh without the frills. I love that I can drop by during lunch or between errands and still walk out feeling pampered. Highly recommend if you want to maintain your skin regularly and affordably!

Had a great experience at Kskin. Served by Therapist Joyce. She is not only knowledgeable but also very skilled in conducting the treatment. She can pinpoint the issue with my skin and suggest ways to improve it. I will definitely come back again for more treatment.
