Date of visit: 1 September 2023. Place was quite crowded. Ordered via the mobile app. Order took quite a while to be served, as compared with other McDonald's outlets I have visited. The strawberry sundae that I had ordered had also melted significantly. In addition, observed that the air conditioning in the area near the clear glass panelled walls wasn't strong enough, resulting in a hot and stuffy environment.

Adding a review because this has happened multiple times. Ordered the upsized extra value meal (takeaway) and got small fries in a large fries box.

I understand it is a day before CNY, but the wait is certainly unacceptable and the table was so dirty that I have to clean it myself. Almost 45 mins. Got hold of the manager twice to speed up. Finally it arrived.

Made me wait an ungodly amount of time all the while people who ordered later get theirs. Still managed to screw up by giving me stupid wings instead of nuggets. Lived here 27 years and service gets worse every year

Since the management changed the experience is terrible. Mobile orders get lost, wait times are bad. I thought to have a quick meal today, waited almost 30min only for them to start prepping the order when I asked at the counter. No explanation nor apology for the wait either. And it wasn't even like peak time, there were several empty tables. Probably ordering delivery from another branch would be faster...

At round 7pm, 05 August 2025. Really pissed off at this branch not the first time they screw up customer's order. Luckily I checked the order before leaving the counter. I ordered chilli crab sauce chicken burger but they give me prawn burger. I clarified with the staff, he said chilli crab chicken no more, only left prawn burgers. Seriously I was damn pissed off cos they don't have the initiative to inform customer the item has already ran out. Thinking that customers don't check the order, and when they reached home and found out it's wrong order they would just suck it up? Some more your staff got the cheek to say:" if you not happy I can refund you." CCB I'm upset because the you didn't inform me beforehand, and of course you should refund me, but how about the time I wasted waiting???? It makes a difference if your staff inform the customer before the customer found out themselves! Cos it's make me felt like I'm been cheated! KNN CCB for wasting my time!

The burger and mala cmc it’s was so cold. I won’t order McDonald Bukit Panjang anymore. Even hillion mall McDonald how they busy they won’t do such order like this 👎🏼

I just ordered from grab dbl mcspicy with cheese so its a different pricing than usual. Even tho its not much but both of my meals came without cheese i had to put my own. Might as well i order and pay dbl mcspicy without the cheese… if its oos i think the least yall can do is to inform..

I came at a non-peak time, 10:30 AM. I ordered table service. I saw my food placed at their counter, but they told me it wasn't mine, claiming they were waiting for a latte. It took a total of more than 30 minutes just to bring the food and the latte to me. By the time the food was served at my table, the wrap was cold! So, the tray of food I saw 25 minutes earlier was indeed mine! Bad service.

I just ordered from Grab a double McSpicy with cheese, so it's a different price than usual. Even though it's not much, both of my meals came without cheese. I had to put my own. I might as well order and pay for a double McSpicy without cheese... If it's OOS, I think the least y'all can do is to inform.

Around 7 PM on August 5, 2025. I was really pissed off at this branch. This isn't the first time they've screwed up a customer's order. Luckily, I checked the order before leaving the counter. I ordered a Chilli Crab Sauce Chicken Burger, but they gave me a Prawn Burger. When I clarified with the staff, he said the Chilli Crab Chicken was no longer available and only Prawn Burgers were left. Seriously, I was damn pissed off because they didn't have the initiative to inform customers that the item had already run out. Did they think that customers don't check their orders, and when they reached home and found out it was the wrong order, they would just suck it up? Auntie Salin was an absolute gem, she noticed our daughter was having trouble drinking out of the big cup and offered to get us a smaller cup for her. She was also really friendly and greeted everyone who was leaving the place!

I had a new yoke cheese cake and a latte, surprising the cheese cake tasted good. A staff serving my ordered was friendly and helpful enough to help me on my ordered using mac ads for 20% discount. 2130hrs not that crowded and I do got a seat easily.

I had a New York cheesecake and a latte. Surprisingly, the cheesecake tasted good. A staff member serving my order was friendly and helpful enough to help me with my order using Mac Ads for a 20% discount. At 21:30, it wasn't that crowded, and I got a seat easily.
