Auntie Salin was an absolute gem, she noticed our daughter was having trouble drinking out of the big cup and offered to get us a smaller cup for her. She was also really friendly and greeted everyone who was leaving the place!

This kind standard McDonald Bukit Panjang Plaza?? Please take serious action about this, I was ordering mcspicy and mala cmc. This kind vegetable they give to customer??? The burger and mala cmc it’s was so cold. I won’t order McDonald Bukit Panjang anymore. Even hillion mall McDonald how they busy they won’t do such order like this 👎🏼

At round 7pm, 05 August 2025. Really pissed off at this branch not the first time they screw up customer's order. Luckily I checked the order before leaving the counter. I ordered chilli crab sauce chicken burger but they give me prawn burger. I clarified with the staff, he said chilli crab chicken no more, only left prawn burgers. Seriously I was damn pissed off cos they don't have the initiative to inform customer the item has already ran out. Thinking that customers don't check the order, and when they reached home and found out it's wrong order they would just suck it up? Some more your staff got the cheek to say:" if you not happy I can refund you." CCB I'm upset because the you didn't inform me beforehand, and of course you should refund me, but how about the time I wasted waiting???? It makes a difference if your staff inform the customer before the customer found out themselves! Cos it's make me felt like I'm been cheated! KNN CCB for wasting my time!

Since the management changed the experience is terrible. Mobile orders get lost, wait times are bad. I thought to have a quick meal today, waited almost 30min only for them to start prepping the order when I asked at the counter. No explanation nor apology for the wait either. And it wasn't even like peak time, there were several empty tables. Probably ordering delivery from another branch would be faster...

Adding a review because this has happened multiple times. Ordered the upsized extra value meal (takeaway) and got small fries in a large fries box.

It was surprisingly empty on a Sunday morning 9am. Food is consistent. Mc cafe ice latte is okay for this outlet. They run out of sauce dish.

I understand it is a day before CNY, but the wait is certainly unacceptable and the table was so dirty that I have to clean it myself. Almost 45 mins. Got hold of the manager twice to speed up. Finally it arrived.

Made me wait an ungodly amount of time all the while people who ordered later get theirs. Still managed to screw up by giving me stupid wings instead of nuggets. Lived here 27 years and service gets worse every year

Good old McDonald’s at BPP with seats at 9pm. Hershey’s ice cream is ok but I think the standard may have decreased from before.

I had a new yoke cheese cake and a latte, surprising the cheese cake tasted good. A staff serving my ordered was friendly and helpful enough to help me on my ordered using mac ads for 20% discount. 2130hrs not that crowded and I do got a seat easily.
