I just ordered from Grab a double McSpicy with cheese, so it's a different price than usual. Even though it's not much, both of my meals came without cheese. I had to put my own. I might as well order and pay for a double McSpicy without cheese... If it's OOS, I think the least y'all can do is to inform.

I had a New York cheesecake and a latte. Surprisingly, the cheesecake tasted good. A staff member serving my order was friendly and helpful enough to help me with my order using Mac Ads for a 20% discount. At 21:30, it wasn't that crowded, and I got a seat easily.

This is the standard for McDonald's Bukit Panjang Plaza?? Please take serious action about this. I ordered McSpicy and Mala CMC. This is the kind of vegetable they give to customers??? The burger and Mala CMC were so cold. I won't order from McDonald's Bukit Panjang anymore. Even Hillion Mall McDonald's, no matter how busy they are, wouldn't make such an order like this 👎🏼

Auntie Salin was an absolute gem; she noticed our daughter was having trouble drinking out of the big cup and offered to get us a smaller cup for her. She was also really friendly and greeted everyone who was leaving the place!

Around 7 PM on August 5, 2025. I was really pissed off at this branch. This isn't the first time they've screwed up a customer's order. Luckily, I checked the order before leaving the counter. I ordered a Chilli Crab Sauce Chicken Burger, but they gave me a Prawn Burger. When I clarified with the staff, he said the Chilli Crab Chicken was no longer available and only Prawn Burgers were left. Seriously, I was damn pissed off because they didn't have the initiative to inform customers that the item had already run out. Did they think that customers don't check their orders, and when they reached home and found out it was the wrong order, they would just suck it up? To make matters worse, your staff had the cheek to say: "If you're not happy, I can refund you." CCB, I'm upset because you didn't inform me beforehand, and of course you should refund me, but what about the time I wasted waiting?! It makes a difference if your staff informs the customer before they find out for themselves! Because it made me feel like I've been cheated! KNN CCB, for wasting my time!

It was surprisingly empty on a Sunday morning at 9 AM. Food is consistent. The McCafé iced latte is okay for this outlet. They ran out of sauce dishes.

Since the management changed, the experience has been terrible. Mobile orders get lost, and wait times are bad. I thought I'd have a quick meal today, but I waited almost 30 minutes, only for them to start prepping the order when I asked at the counter. No explanation or apology for the wait either. And it wasn't even peak time; there were several empty tables. Probably ordering delivery from another branch would be faster...

Made me wait an ungodly amount of time, all while people who ordered later got theirs. Still managed to screw up by giving me stupid wings instead of nuggets. I've lived here for 27 years, and the service gets worse every year.

Good old McDonald's at BPP, with seats available at 9 PM. Hershey's ice cream is okay, but I think the standard may have decreased from before.

I understand it was a day before CNY, but the wait was certainly unacceptable—almost 45 minutes. The table was so dirty that I had to clean it myself. I got hold of the manager twice to speed things up. Finally, our food arrived.
