I had a new yoke cheese cake and a latte, surprising the cheese cake tasted good. A staff serving my ordered was friendly and helpful enough to help me on my ordered using mac ads for 20% discount. 2130hrs not that crowded and I do got a seat easily.

I just ordered from grab dbl mcspicy with cheese so its a different pricing than usual. Even tho its not much but both of my meals came without cheese i had to put my own. Might as well i order and pay dbl mcspicy without the cheese… if its oos i think the least yall can do is to inform..

Had my breakfast today at bukit panjang plaza mcdonalds,really enjoy the place here very relaxing & its great to be serve here.

came at non peak 1030am, ordered table service, saw the food was placed at their counter but they said not mine, claiming waiting for latte! it took total more than 30mins just to bring food n latter to me. by the time food served on table the wrap was cold!! so the tray of food i saw 25mins earlier was indeed mine!! bad service

I'm adding this review because this has happened multiple times. I ordered the upsized extra value meal (takeaway) and got small fries in a large fries box.

Date of visit: 1 September 2023. Place was quite crowded. Ordered via the mobile app. The order took quite a while to be served, compared to other McDonald's outlets I have visited. The strawberry sundae I ordered had also melted significantly. In addition, I observed that the air conditioning in the area near the clear glass-panelled walls wasn't strong enough, resulting in a hot and stuffy environment.

I came at a non-peak time, 10:30 AM. I ordered table service. I saw my food placed at their counter, but they told me it wasn't mine, claiming they were waiting for a latte. It took a total of more than 30 minutes just to bring the food and the latte to me. By the time the food was served at my table, the wrap was cold! So, the tray of food I saw 25 minutes earlier was indeed mine! Bad service.
