The Malay lady at the cashier provided very nice and sweet customer service.

They seem to be closed a lot of the time.

The service **by** the female cashier was very poor; she didn't smile at all.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff were incredibly rude, making the entire experience unpleasant. If this is the standard of service offered, it’s hard to see the point in keeping the store open.

Probably the only Miniso where the non-Chinese cashier raised her voice and slammed the tabletop while talking to customers. Expect either an apology from Miniso for lousy service, or perhaps the management has no issues with staff being rude to customers.

Horrible service. This lady was clearly having PMS and had an attitude problem. She kept telling us the shop was closing when it was only 6:30 PM. Nobody forced her to work, and customers are not here to receive such service. She was clearly using AirPods while working, and her face the whole time was like this: 😒

One female worker, who looked like she was in her late 20s, was very rude and kept following me wherever I went. When I was walking beside her, instead of saying 'excuse me,' she said 'MOVE' very rudely. Also, it seemed as if a paper was on the floor or something, but I think I accidentally kicked it, and she picked it up saying, 'Seriously?' VERY RUDE WOMAN. Will not recommend going to this shop. Instead, go to the one at Hillion Mall near Bukit Panjang. The staff over there is super kind and helpful!

Horrible supervisor. The shop was small and did not have enough space. Too many products were on the shelf. My kid accidentally hit a plastic cup with her elbow (she was not even running around or touching anything), and it fell on the floor and cracked. The supervisor looked at the CCTV and still insisted we pay. We paid and left the item, as we were not happy with his attitude. We strongly discourage visiting this store.

A female cashier kept following us. Whatever we touched (and we put it back properly) or looked at, she rearranged. I accidentally knocked over a bag and was about to pick it up, but she said, “Don’t make more trouble for me.” When I apologized, she replied, “Sorry doesn’t do anything.” Why was she so mad when I was going to put it back anyway?
