I have a very good experience with the staff & especially the manager Miss Jennifer after the return after few years. Coz my bracelet brought here hve give way. They provided a very good advice n service that brings my broken bracelet back to life n even more nicer than I expected. Is also free. Thks you all

The staff did not display a welcoming attitude and lacked professionalism. Their attitude was dismissive and showed a clear lack of training and professionalism. I was planning to purchase it, but I ultimately decided against it.
