The staff did not display a welcoming attitude and lacked professionalism. Their attitude was dismissive, demonstrating a clear lack of training and professionalism. I was planning to purchase it, but I ultimately decided against it.

I had a very good experience with the staff, & especially the manager Ms. Jennifer, after returning after a few years. This was because my bracelet, which I brought here, had given way. They provided very good advice and service that brought my broken bracelet back to life, and it's even nicer than I expected. It was also free. Thanks to you all!
