Will not visit this shop anymore. The hard-selling is a significant problem. It was very stressful when getting a massage there. During the massage, they directly added on services without informing customers about the additional charges. Very terrible.
I can understand that your staff might be targeting monthly sales, but there's still a need to respect customers and let us feel relaxed and comfortable.

When they approached me for a 10-minute, $10 trial, I thought, 'Okay, why not see what the difference was between this and the usual TCM massage?' The massage was still okay, but then a sales lady approached. She kept hard-selling, showing me invoices of others' purchases. I'm not someone who would sign up or pay for something without thinking it over, or at least not until after the massage to see how I feel. She kept going on, and when she saw that I wasn't going to buy, she abruptly stood up, asked me to pay $10, and signaled the masseur to stop. And I wasn't even sure if it had already been 10 minutes or not; the masseur instantly stopped. The sales girl was so rude. When I wanted to give her the $10, she didn't even want to look at me, so I placed it on the table. Seriously! I'm also a salesperson. I can understand the disappointment of not closing a deal, but you must remember: sales equals service too. A customer might not buy today, but that doesn't mean they won't buy tomorrow. And even if someone won't buy from you, you don't want them to badmouth your company. Even if I now feel the massage is good, I would not patronize any of their stores.
Is Singapore's service industry deteriorating? We are not moving forward with this kind of hard-selling attitude. Shouldn't CASE be looking into stopping all these advance payments for services, which result in so many issues!

After only one treatment, it has already helped me relieve my back pain. The therapist was very professional, and I will recommend most of my friends to come over.
Thank you, Multiflora.

I have been here for treatment a few times. My problem was my back would hurt every time and my feet would feel heavy. The whole thing was very rough and easy to slip. After a few sessions, I slowly started to feel better and smoother overall. I am grateful.

It really helps with my knee problem when climbing the stairs, a problem that has been bothering me for some time despite taking many kinds of supplements, none of which helped. I would like to thank Pei Pei for her expertise in helping me feel much better now.

Good, professional service and treatment. The therapist was very skillful and was able to alleviate the aching muscle and relieve the tension on my back in the first treatment.

During my first visit, the therapist who attended to me was very good hands-on, and their product knowledge was good. I gave 5 stars to the therapist.
After that, I signed up for a package of 8 sessions.
However, when I came for the first session, they started to push me to sign up for another new package. This made me feel uncomfortable; it felt more like hard selling than proper TCM treatment.
